BlinkRain 是运行在 macOS 菜单栏中的护眼提醒 App。无需注册 BlinkRain 账号；主要识别、记录和偏好保存在本机。
安装、启动与摄像头
- 从 Mac App Store 安装并启动完整的
BlinkRain.app。 - 在菜单栏找到水滴图标，点击状态区开启摄像头。
- 首次使用时，在 macOS 权限提示中选择“允许”。拒绝后可前往“系统设置 > 隐私与安全性 > 摄像头”重新开启。
绿色摄像机图标是 macOS 隐私提示。系统中断摄像头后，BlinkRain 会暂停识别和在位计时；恢复摄像头后会重新校准。
麦克风、听写与语音呼机
- 在“重新激活彩蛋…”或“权限与监听设置…”中完成摄像头、麦克风、语音识别和系统听写检查；只有显示“Mic 已打开”才表示监听已就绪。
- “语音待命”会在摄像头运行且 Mac 未锁定时持续开启 Mic 和 Apple 设备端语音识别。“关闭（隐私模式）”会停止 Mic。
- 隐私模式下按 Command + Shift + F 会临时监听 30 秒，不改变持久设置；语音待命下会确认或重建 Mic 会话。
- 可说“呼唤/呼叫 + BlingBling、BlingRain、Bling”或“Calling BlingBling / Calling BlingRain / Calling Bling”。首次完整唤醒后的 18 秒内，可说“Bling”“再来”“再来一架”“One more”或“Another one”。
- “呼叫 Bling 编队”“呼叫 Bling 六架编队”或“Calling Bling six-plane formation”会召唤六架编队。
若没有响应，请确认摄像头正在运行、Mac 未锁定、Mic 指示可见，并在“系统设置 > 键盘 > 听写”开启听写。退出并重新打开完整 App 后再执行权限与监听设置。
BlinkRain Pro、购买与恢复
年度订阅和终身购买解锁相同的 Pro 范围：完整健康历史/报表与加密自动备份。手动加密导入和导出始终免费。价格、订阅条款、退款和账单由 Apple App Store 处理；BlinkRain 没有自建账号或远程收据系统。
更换 Mac、重新安装或购买状态未显示时，请在 BlinkRain Pro 页面选择“恢复购买”。账单或退款问题请联系 Apple 支持。
备份、同步目录与跨 Mac 迁移
- 自动备份使用这台 Mac 钥匙串中的随机密钥，主要用于同机恢复。
- 选择 iCloud Drive、Dropbox 或其他同步目录后，加密文件通常会由相应文件提供商传出本机并上传到该服务。
- 跨 Mac 迁移请在旧 Mac 使用至少 12 字符口令手动导出
.blinkrain-data，再在新 Mac 输入口令导入。摄像头、麦克风和语音识别权限不会随文件迁移。
诊断支持文件
只有用户主动生成时才会创建 .blinkrain-support 文件。发送前可以检查内容；文件不会自动上传，也不包含摄像头画面、麦克风音频、语音文本或逐日健康记录。

BlinkRain is a macOS menu bar eye-care companion. No BlinkRain account is required; core recognition, records, and preferences remain local.
Install, launch, and Camera
- Install from the Mac App Store and launch the complete
BlinkRain.app. - Find the water-drop icon in the menu bar and click the status area to start Camera.
- Choose Allow in the first macOS prompt. If access was denied, enable it in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
The green camera symbol belongs to macOS. BlinkRain pauses recognition and presence timing when capture is interrupted and recalibrates after Camera resumes.
Mic, Dictation, and Voice Pager
- Use Reactivate the Easter Egg… or Permissions & Listening Setup… to check Camera, Mic, Speech Recognition, and Dictation. Listening is ready only when the setup window reports Mic is On.
- Voice Standby keeps Mic and Apple on-device speech recognition active while Camera runs and the Mac is unlocked. Off (Privacy Mode) stops Mic.
- In Privacy Mode, Command + Shift + F listens for 30 seconds without changing the saved mode. In Voice Standby it confirms or rebuilds the Mic session.
- Say Calling BlingBling, Calling BlingRain, or Calling Bling. All six Chinese 呼唤/呼叫 combinations with BlingBling, BlingRain, and Bling are also accepted. For 18 seconds after a complete wake phrase, say Bling, 再来, 再来一架, One more, or Another one.
- Calling Bling six-plane formation, 呼叫 Bling 编队, or 呼叫 Bling 六架编队 summons a six-aircraft formation.
If there is no response, confirm Camera is running, the Mac is unlocked, and the Mic indicator is visible. Enable Dictation in System Settings > Keyboard > Dictation, reopen the complete app, and repeat Permissions & Listening Setup.
BlinkRain Pro, purchases, and restoration
The annual subscription and lifetime purchase unlock the same Pro scope: complete wellness history/reports and encrypted automatic backup. Manual protected import and export always remain free. Apple handles pricing, subscription terms, refunds, and billing; BlinkRain has no first-party account or remote receipt server.
After changing Macs, reinstalling, or when a purchase is missing, choose Restore Purchases on the BlinkRain Pro page. Contact Apple Support for billing or refund questions.
Backup, synchronized folders, and Mac-to-Mac migration
- Automatic backup uses a random key in this Mac's Keychain and is mainly for same-Mac recovery.
- Selecting iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or another synchronized folder ordinarily allows its File Provider to carry the encrypted file off this Mac and upload it to that service.
- For another Mac, manually export a
.blinkrain-datafile with a passphrase of at least 12 characters, then enter it during import on the new Mac. Camera, Mic, and Speech Recognition permissions do not migrate with the file.
Diagnostic support file
A .blinkrain-support file is created only when the user requests it. You can inspect it before sending. It is never uploaded automatically and excludes camera frames, microphone audio, speech text, and daily wellness records.

BlinkRain is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat disease. Email service@h2me.tech with your macOS version, BlinkRain version, steps that reproduce the issue, and screenshots safe to share. Do not send unredacted health or identity information.
